  • Really great hiking! It's cool to run around on top of something you can see for so many miles. The trails aren't easy but they're very well done. Don't be an idiot, take some water and wear the right shoes! Also, make sure you're not doing more than your pets can handle. Have fun!!
  • Great place to hike and connect with the nature, and it is not to far from the city. The hiking trails are of varying length, you can park at the beginning of the park (park office) and hike all the way to the base of the mountain and then hike around the mountain. Or drive all the way to the base of the mountain and choose a hiking trail from there. Rock climbing also available at certain spots. Spectrum of vegetation is beautiful. Trees growing in the sandy and rocky base, you can see the root structure from the fallen over trees. Trails take you through rocky areas, soft grounds made from fallen leaves, creeks and greenery. Make sure to take water to keep hydrated. Entry and parking is free. Parking spots are limited though.
