  • Marina Cabin is SO CUTE!!! Clean and comfy. Easy to access. Marina and Park staff are so helpful. Really yummy food... try the burgers and/or the fish tacos for lunch, but get there on time! Winter...

  • Nicely wooded and shaded. Has 4 loops. One with water hook ups. There are yurts and cabins on site that have electric. The shower house is clean. There are two large family size restrooms with showers. The water pressure could use some work and the shower heads do not have holders anymore. But it least the temperature can be regulated. There are daily "visitors" to the shower (spiders, mostly, beetles, crickets, things of that nature). There's a ranger assigned to that park I believe, so on busy weekends they patrol and make sure all residents are being courteous to each other. The camp hosts are very attentive and helpful/friendly. I didn't rate it 5 because even though the family size bathrooms can accommodate wheelchairs, the benches provided for dressing are too narrow and in an odd position on the wall. . It makes us amputees have to bring separate chairs to shower and dress afterwards.
  • Good fishing, food, and friends. Good access point to entire lake. Great campground. Best kept secret in Missouri
