Featuring replicas of more than 200 life-size dinosaurs, Dinosaur World gives you the chance to walk among prehistoric predators. This outdoor museum covers 8 hectares (20 acres), with paved walkways guiding you through the natural habitats of various dinosaur species. In addition to the museum's self-guided tour, there are several staff-led, interactive experiences to round out your visit. Sift through materials looking for shark teeth, stingray barbs, and mosasaur teeth fossils. Embark on a tour led by a paleontologist through a cave, a dig site, and a workstation, and test your knowledge at the Triviasaurus Rex game show. The small museum inside the venue features three exhibits showcasing prehistoric fossils, fossils native to Florida, and motion-activated dinosaur models of Tyrannosaurus rex, stegosaurus, pterodactyl, and several others. This is a great place to spend about 4 hours if you do it all. Clean park, cute shows, great landscaping, nice people. It was some quieter fun educational time time with my wife and 10 year old. Lots ... more »

We have two kids of 4 and almost 7 and both loved the place. The park is very clean and the landscaping is well done. In fact I wish there be more plants and trees signage. The dinosaurs are well made... more »

This was a pretty cool day trip for the family. They have dozens of life sized dinosaurs here that you walk through the wetland across a boardwalk and see in their "natural habitat". Honestly, it's pretty cool. There are a few things to know before you go: there is no food here and bottles cost 3 bucks but they let you bring in food and drink so pack a cooler. Also, other than a jewel sifting attraction, a fossil dig and a playground for 12 and under there is not a lot to do here but walk the trails. Even the "interactive" museum was not hands on at all. It's definitely worth a trip but I couldn't see buying the year pass and coming back.

Not overly expensive and some good activities for the kids :) wear some comfortable shows for walking. This place was pretty cool and we went on a whim. The gift shop has a large variety of products and the people who work here are so kind and very enthusiastic about their job! Go digging for fossils or sift through the dirt for some semi precious stones. Dinosaurs are everywhere :)
