I was driving home after a long work day with pain that became unbearable. I called and was able to squeeze in the afternoon slot with Alline. She was incredible. Here are a few quick points: I am a side sleeper, have a toddler I tote around often, am on my feet often in heels and with my work I also sit with three monitors- in bad posture. She took this information and immediately knew what muscles to start working. She was so kind and she made me comfortable telling her what spots really hurt and how they were impacting other areas. She really knows her stuff. The next day I woke up and actually felt rested and ready to take on the day-a little sore of course. I am very thankful and really think every cent I invested was worth it’s weight in gold. I’ll be back every two weeks to keep myself in check. Great spot!
