  • 10/10 would recommend. First of all, the price is very affordable at $6.95 for adults and $1.95 for children. When you get there, head straight to the gift shop because that’s where you pay. Please note that you will have to climb over 100 steps to get to the top of the lighthouse so think about you physical capabilities before you start and take necessary precautions to ensure your safety. Taking rest stops along the way is highly recommend. The staff is also very friendly. An overall great experience.
  • Spent the afternoon at the lighthouse. Very interesting videos describing how the lights have changed over the years. You can climb up to the observation platform on the lighthouse. Steps were too steep for me but I went up several flights. You better be in good shape to make it all the way up. Restored houses on the property that the lighthouse keepers lived in. Nice museum store. Shipwrecks from the Cuban refugees. Worth a visit.
