Catch the spirit of America’s Provence™ where the Olympic Mountains roll down to the sea and lavender grows so well. The oceanfront Washington Lavender Farm, part of the George Washington Inn & Estate, hosts its annual lavender festival with food, music, crafts and demonstrations in a historical setting that includes all things lavender. The 2018 event launches a 10-day event to help alleviate traffic issues on lavender lovers coming to the Sequim Valley from greater Seattle.See Washington Lavender and all Port Angeles has to offer by arranging your trip with our Port Angeles travel itinerary planner.

The grounds and gift shop are spectacular! Many of the unique gifts are hand made by the owner! The smell alone is worth the stop! more »

We all decided that the farm and the views across the water were the prettiest in Sequim. It was quite breathtaking. The laveder was spectacular and the views on and off our bikes were wonderful... more »

Property, Grounds, Amenities, Views, Food, Rooms, were all fantastic. Dan roasts his own coffee!! Excellent. Fresh cookies and other goodies are always available. Comfortable. Quiet. Enjoyable. Owners are fantastic and the employees are warm, friendly and welcoming. Great place. Highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon in June, and were absolutely blessed with the stunning tranquil setting, the Southern-Style Hospitality (only without the bugs or humidity!) and the kindness of the Dan and Janet! You won’t find nicer hosts!! The food was fantastic every single time- the cook, whose name slips my mind now, was fabulous! I had never eaten a baked peach with brie, or better baked oatmeal anywhere else...and they served the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life! We enjoyed three nights at this wonderful inn, and both being musicians were pleased to be allowed to make music on a Dutch Organ, 18th century Harpsichord and two pianos! When you go, rent the bikes and take a beautiful, leisurely ride into Sequim. You won’t regret it! One of the best bike rides you could do! We stayed in the General Washington Suite, which was immaculate, beautiful, comfortable and had the beat view, in my opinion. This place was our absolute hands-down favorite stop on our honeymoon. It was so nice that we have told nearly everyone about it!!! We hope to come back someday, for sure!!
