  • Good for a quick drive by, unless you want to take advantage of the beach to swim. On cooler days there is a nice bike path. We were just there to see light houses, so it was a quick stop for us...  more »
  • This is a reproduction of the lighthouse. The history of it was interesting to read and the park is nice. If you like to see lighthouses then go to Marblehead instead nearby. It is the original rebuffed and the view of the lake is spectacular!! We like to get ice cream in town and sit and eat it there! There is also a house there with the history of the lighthouse and a gift shop.
  • Restored light house, it's a great photo op next to the lake. Tours offered regularly. Restored by local craftsmen. Was taken out of service about 60 years ago.... but the light house conservancy can better explain and provide details.
