  • With so much farm country around, I would expect a great selection at the various markets. Unfortunately that isn't always the case. Yet this one is consistently good. Fresh produce that's in season.....  more

  • If you want amazing Paella try port Townsend’s very own Paella House! They are consistently delicious and each paella I’ve tried has unique flavors. My favorite is the vegan paella. They catered my wedding reception and I couldn’t have been happier! Everyone at our wedding commented on the amazing food!
  • My first experience with paella was in Barcelona and having paella here in the Northwest from The Paella House brings back great memories.  The Ballard seafood festival was where I came across Paella House and since then it has been something I look forward to each year.  Recently I tried the Del Mar Paella, which was full of shrimp, mussels, clams and calamari and had a delicious blend of seasonings making each bite delectable.  I am looking forward to enjoying more of the different types of paella they offer and living in the Seattle area it is great to hear that there is now a Paella House location in Snohomish.
