  • A great museum, very eclectic, creative approach to collection and artist/ exhibits. A real gem in this very art-oriented city. For a relatively small space there is so much to see, read and reflect upon and celebrate. From the moment you step upon the walkway to enter the gardens you know you’re in a very special place that invites a close, peaceful exploration.
  • Wonderful traditional Jewish center from 1921. Fully rehashed and inviting, with its own historical galleries, and artwork in its Museum. A must visit for all Jewish visitors to Portland, and their Christian friends. Still conducts Orthodox, Conservative, and Reformed services. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly . Go There A Learn something good about your own people or of others
