Pioneer Place is an upscale, urban shopping mall in downtown Portland, Oregon. It consists of four blocks of retail, dining, parking, and an office tower named Pioneer Tower. The mall itself is spread out between four buildings, interconnected by skywalks or underground mall sections. The footprint of the entire complex consists of four full city blocks, bisected by SW Yamhill and Fourth, bounded north-south by SW Morrison and Taylor Streets and east-west by SW Third and Fifth Avenues. In 2014, Pioneer Place was the third-highest selling mall in the United States based on sales per square foot, sitting just behind Bal Harbour Shops and The Grove at Farmers Market.Make Pioneer Place a part of your Portland vacation plans using our Portland online tour planner.

Pioneer Place reviews
This is a mall in the downtown area. It seems to have been spared a lot of the things you see in other building which I assume was from the riots. Downtown is a little rugged but this mall is nice.

Huge mall, super clean, nice vibes. Very few directions from the parking garage so had to feel my way around. If you go: park in the SW 4th SmartPark, get to street level, walk directly north to enter the mall on the opposite side of the street. Or: go to LL1 in the garage and enter through the food court, called Roots. Now, I was there for just under 2 hours and parking was only $3.60. I’ve seen lots of reviews about cars broken into, so be sure you leave NOTHING visible in your vehicle. I had no issues. The mall itself has tons of empty store fronts and only 3 food venues to choose from, but it gets the job done. 4 stars only because of the lack of directions/instructions on how to get where, the many empty stores, and just overall anxiety of the downtown area. Do I recommend going?? Yes.
A chic, high-end mall with lots of unique stores, ranging from galleries with local art for sale to shops like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. The atriums in the centers of the two buildings made the space really bright. There are public bathrooms if you need to use one, but they are rather hidden, so look carefully at the directory. The shop numbers do not correlate with the floor number.
