  • 1620 to the present. This museum gives the long history of Ptown - its natives and immigrants. Take the walk up the monument after you’ve gotten to know the village. It is long but very much worth....  more

  • Almost empty on an April Sunday so it made for a low pressure visit- no one crowding the exhibits and no one hurrying behind me up the stairs/ramps of the monument. Very nicely curated museum and great view of the Cape from the top of the monument. Nice gift shop also. Well worth the admission.
  • Best historical experience in the area for a deep dive into all things Pilgrim. After a stroll through a surprisingly detailed museum you can climb the 116 step up the Italianate tower for a fantastic view (go on a clear day). It does get windy up top so mind the camera.
