Kind of out of the way but not unknown. Busy when we went but we were able to find a spot to drop our stuff and swim. Water was great and refreshing.

Beautiful Sandy beach, it does not have shade where the Sandy part, but there is trees and cover area in the far back from the beach. Get to love the sand here as it’s very soft. Good place to go sunbathing. Family with kids are friendly here. There is a fee for parking and park entrance for non resident. No one check, self paid at the station.

This was our favorite beach! It’s $10 + $5 per person to park. There is a parking meter thing near the front and you have to walk back to your car to put your receipt in the windshield. So, yea. $15. The beach itself isn’t huge but plenty of space to spread out. The waves here were awesome! We finally got to test the boogie boards and had a blast! There was a Cool snorkeling spot (with turtles!) but the waves made it hard to swim. Even got grandma out there to enjoy the waves. It’s pretty shallow even 10-20 feet in, but the sand shifts to there are pockets of deeper water. They shut the showers off early. But the sprinklers were running the entire time we were there. That was unfortunate because we couldn’t even rinse our feet.
