  • The Sangre de Cristo Arts center in Pueblo, CO has a wide variety of plays, concerts, and other events that are suitable for all age ranges. This gem is often overlooked by many, but those who watch the calendar are sure to find great opp for everything from a family day together, to a lovely date night event, to fun with friends. Make sure to check out what they have going on!
  • Come here once a year for an event put on for my childrens school. They always take good care of the school and everyone in attendance for the schools annual Empty Bowls Event to raise money for pueblos soup kitchenen and other local non profits. They dont raise millions but it instills in the kids the importance to help others less fortunate. This year all the classrooms made a gift basket for the silent auction plus all the ones that were donated by local businesses plus as part of the kids art projects they each create a bowl that either the parents can buy before the event or anyone can at the event. Plus it always the kids to perform in front of family and loved ones at the event and people from the community either as groups, solo or even the marching band with color guard.
