  • The fellow in the interpretive center was nice and helpful. We walked the trails, saw the rice fields, an alligator and many birds. The trails were well defined with some on boardwalks. We enjoyed it ...  more »
  • Easy terrain, lots of habitat variety, although some areas do get seasonally flooded. An excellent value for $2!  more »
  • Beautiful wildlife preserve located on a historically significant property owned and managed by Charleston County Parks and Recreation. Numerous trails to explore. Remnants of rice cultivation fields and a short lived Tea operation seeded from the Pinehurst Tea Plantation. Easily spend several hours exploring beautiful low country scenery. Gate admission is 2 dollars per person.
  • The grandkids had a great time. Very well kept. Admission is extremely cheap and worth it.
