Stretching 213 m (700 ft) across the Sacramento River, Sundial Bridge gives visitors easy access to a nearby park and also claims to be one of the world's largest timepieces of its kind. The bridge's 66 m (217 ft) tall tower acts as the "hand" of the sundial, holding the structure entirely above the water, and you'll find that markers on a nearby plaza provide the clock on which the shadow falls. Marvel at the bridge's design, which incorporates decorative glass, tiles, and translucent structure pieces that make the profile extremely distinctive. • The sundial bridge and hiking paths are a wonder to see! Allow 2-3 hours. Plenty of parking. The gift shop has coffee and ice cream!

  • We were on our way home from a Mt Shasta Ski weekend and had a 4 hour drive ahead of us and decided to stop and visit the Sundial bridge it was a beautiful day. There were a lot of people riding bikes, and electric scooters there was plenty of room for those of us walking as well. It was an easy level walk across the bridge with the Sacramento River flowing below. There were several non motorized fishing boats that day and we actually saw someone catch a steal head right below us under the bridge. Many walking trails that were level and clean. Beautiful views of the mountains.
  • It was a beautiful day to be out at the park. But of course bethel and all its infected have to come out and over do it with the crowds of people and the hand holding, always wanting to openly share. But......my family and I are good on sharing the mark of the beast with you. We understand you do a lot for a lot of people. Now let's see what you can do with no knowledge of it from any human beings other then yourselves. Will you still feel good inside without all the applause and smiling faces. Could you still want to help the less fortunate while suffering yourself? In other words can you love with open arms while being beat to death, spit on, called every name but the name you bore from birth? You know like Jesus Christ. You speak his name daily. Yet you boast about every good thing you do. How do you think that pleases him. Cause I don't know, really.
