Redlands Bowl, Redlands

4.8
The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival story began in 1923 with the founding of the Redlands Community Music Association (RCMA), now Redlands Bowl Performing Arts (RBPA), by a woman with a vision - Grace Stewart Mullen. Mrs. Mullen's vision was that "music is for everyone" therefore no admission is ever charged for a Redlands Bowl performance. The season includes symphonies, operas, dance programs, and a full-scale musical production. The Redlands Bowl also features a Young Artist competition where talented young musicians compete for a chance to perform on the Bowl stage and for scholarship prizes. The Redlands Bowl is a treasured Southern California tradition. Redlands Bowl Performing Arts is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

  • You can get there early for your choice of seats, or show up just before the show and there are really no bad seats. Lots of wholesome fun.  more »
  • Love this venue for the summer concert series! People are friendly. You can bring your own picnic lunch and drinks. Remember to pack seat cushions as the benches are wood.  more »

  • Went here for one of the outdoor plays. We saw singing in the rain . Gene Kelly would have been proud done extremely well.they even included the rain scene very very well done seating for about two to three thousand people. Will definitely be returning for these outdoor plays again, and again, and again...
  • This area. I stumbled upon it during a festival outdoors. It was a live concert acoustics are amazing there the seating was easy to get to and the bathrooms are in the back and clean. They also had options for food and not overcrowded you were also able to sit in the grass as long as you brought your own blanket and chairs would come again!
