Price quality is not 100% in sync as my bike was making weird noises at low gear, but other than that everything was smooth & the gentlemen running this place was friendly. You can have a basket & a chain (it will not save your bike from being stolen though) at no additional cost. Make sure you have a travel or any other kind of insurance in place which will cover a 250,- $ charge if your bike gets stolen as got mine from Santa Monica Pier.
