Science Museum of Virginia, Richmond

Had a wonderful day with my kids. Definitely makes hands on learning lots of fun. Being wheelchair bound the only issue is some of the lack of disability accessibility. Like inability to reach soap in restrooms. Overall had a great time. Loved the Forge workshop making pencils and Hannah was super helpful and informative. Didn't get to see what was playing in the dome, but that leaves something for next time! Hope you go and enjoy!!😁

We visited the museum as guests and used it as the venue for our wedding. On both fronts the experience was by all accounts immaculate. As a guest you have access to many interesting and creative exhibits and experiences for a relatively low price (especially as far as entertainment in the area goes). As an event venue you are treated to world class communication and professional coordination which in our case was lead by Shannon. All of our guests were incredibly impressed with the venue and I was impressed with how easy to work with and accommodating everyone there was.
