Just a mile from the NY state line, this is a treasure/ treat. Small park. But the house is the hidden treasure. Guided tour are available and necessary as this property was left with all the original furnishings. We had a wonderful guide. Don't be put off by the outside...yes the house is rambling. But if you enjoy historic homes here is one you shouldn't miss!

Amazing Park and tons of trails for biking hiking and running. On top of this there are woods cut for a gas line for ATV and gas vehicles. Along with this the NJ botanical garden is located here. For the woods the middle school lot or lot 3 are best, other lots also work, be careful of pedestrians on road while driving through park. Busy on nice weekends as well.
