Cinemark Roanoke and XD, Roanoke

First time to go to a show here at Cinemark in Roanoke but I must say the theater is beautiful and very well set up. I had an issue with my drink, where I pulled the lid off and spilled a lot of soda, a young man, who worked here, named Shawn came over and assured me that it was all good and that he and his team would take care of the cleanup. He made me feel very welcomed which is a huge change from most kids today and their views of customer service. We will be coming back here as our regular movie spot and he is a big reason why. For the record we had our order ready when we arrived but I would prefer not to have my drink filled before I arrive, not sure if that is an option.

I’ve been here so many times with my boyfriend. We have had nothing but fantastic experiences. The employees are so helpful and friendly especially during late night hours. It’s definitely great to see such positive energy from them! You cannot go wrong with their cinemark movie club subscription though. Highly recommend this location.
