  • Oh my goodness this may have been the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Star was fabulous! I have been traveling all week and needed this so much. She did a great job of hitting to right spots even...

  • Starr was incredible! I left feeling like JELLO. Uber relaxed. She made my trip! Wonderful service! Will be coming back and requesting her at my next trip to Roanoke 😊

  • I had my Massage this morning and wanted to say that Starr was absolutely fantastic! Her skills are exceptional. I wish she lived closer to our home because I would definitely use her frequently for my Massages. I highly recommend Starr for a professional and therapeutic Massage.
  • The spa was an outstanding experience. Ratia did an amazing scrub, and John's massage was fantastic. The hotel Roanoke itself is a beautiful venue, and it was as decadent and relaxing as I had hoped. One suggestion I would make to management: the parking pass is comped and validated for services up to 2 hours. After that, if you have a spa service lasting longer than 2 hours, you are expected to pay for self parking at the hotel. I suggest that you offer all guests of the spa and salon free self parking no matter the duration of the service. You're essentially penalized by having to pay for parking if you want to stay longer at the spa and spend more money. Yes parking is only $10 but it's the principle of the matter.
