Buc-ee’s, Robertsdale

If you've never been to one, it is definitely worth stopping to see!Everything you can think of can be found here! It's a cool site to see and grab souvenirs, but make no mistake, this is NOT a convenience store. Any sort of convenience is eliminated by the parking lot free-for-all, and crowded store. We stopped on our way in, and out of AL. Both times, parking was hard. My Wife is handicapped and there aren't nearly enough handicapped spots for such a tourist trap. Our second visit had us parking and walking more than she'd have liked. Upon leaving, we're were left in reverse, half out of the spot, and it took several minutes, almost 15, before I had to force my way out. It was met with honking and tailgating. Maybe that's just an Alabama thing, to have no etiquette in parking lots. So if you want quick gas and snacks, and no hassle with parking, and your not trying to show off your fit bit step count, go elsewhere. Still, it's a cool place with many reasons to stop by. The food offered is good for the price of gas station hot food.

I love this place!!!!!! The cleanest rest rooms I've been in. I wish we had one of these closer to home. We stopped here at 4am on Sunday morning and the breakfast sandwiches where amazing. We fueled up and gas was .12 a gallon cheaper than other stations around. The brownies are amazing too and my wife really likes the candied pecans.
