  • Parking was plentiful. A little isolated but in the middle of the day was well traveled. I might not walk alone late in the day because it's pretty isolated in spots  more »

  • Nice hiking along scenic paths for brisk waking, meditation or quiet moments & conversations with companions. We were delighted to see swans concealed among the green growth in the water, resting peacefully, gliding when shifting positions. A time to marvel at the beauty of life and our natural parks.
  • Very suprised with this walking / bike path. It has a big hill about a half hour mile in to get down to water level. There is a nice board walk. We went North on the path and that ended about 3.75 miles later at the end of the pier at the beach. The kids enjoyed some ice cream at Charlotte beach before we came back. We have not walked to the South yet.
