  Nicely landscaped park with view of dam, has grassy park area with tables and benches for river and people watching. White Pine trail runs through area. Many small businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Grand farmer's market on Saturdays

  Good place to walk around and unwind. We love going here whenever we visit Rockford, be it in summer or winter. There is lots of fish here so husband and I sometimes go fishing here. Just pack some big worms and you're good to go. Around the place there are also pubs, brewery, restaurants and ice cream store which offers delicious treats. To further relax and reach your steps you can walk along the Rogue River Trail which is just beside the dam overlook. You can also bring your bikes and cycle around. Parking is free by the overlook but on the side streets you need to pay.
