A great moderate hike that is not off the Bear Lake Rd drive. Steady incline for about 80% of the way to the summit. Once to reach the sign marked turn to the summit, be prepared for stairs. I would say 150 to 200. Around 1300 feet of elevation gain on the way up and about 6 miles round trip. 360 view await at the top. Stunning views during the entire hike.

Hiked to the top on 12/10/21 - very nice hike, 2-4 inches of blowing snow in most places. Microspikes and hiking poles are highly recommended; I probably would've turned around if I didn't have them.
