  • My friend and I were at Buttonwood to taste some wine, the samples we tasted were excellent, the young woman that helped us was very professional and pleasant, and was delightful. I bought glasses, but when we returned to Chautauqua country, I discovered there were only 3 glasses in the box. I called and spoke with another very pleasant person, they were so apologetic and sent me the 4th glass. Kudos to the customer service, and I received a complementary bottle of wine also. We will got back to Buttonwood, because customer service means so much. Thank you
  • Another good place to stop on the Cayuga Wine Trail! Quaint and lovely board and batten buildings. Adequate room for high conveyance vehicles. Unfortunately the parking is the usual crushed stone and gravel that makes a mess in your car after a rain like we had this morning. Oh well! Comes with the territory. Definitely a return visit needed!!!
