  • Love the zoo! Always a lot of fun. The current precautions with limited but rotating buildings open and times entries feel safe and well-thought-through. Can't wait for the penguins to be back in their fabulous new home. Update 5/2022: Penguins are back and precautions are mostly lifted. Glad staff still wear masks, and it's easy enough to keep distanced from other guests. Still love the zoo!
  • We went to the zoo on June 16, 2021. My mother-in-law required a motorized wheelchair. Jerry in Guest Relations was wonderful and understood the fact that our whole day would change if she couldn’t get a motorized wheelchair. Matthew at Guest Relations seemed to always be right by our side when arriving and exiting. He asked Levi, also of Guest Relations, to get the wheelchair right to my sisters car which made everything easy!!! I was very impressed and everyone was so helpful and added so much to our day. Thank you very much!!
