  • Wow very impressed with this park. Great staff. Nice spots some with shade. Bathhouse typical, but at least the women’s showers had great pressure and HOT water. Very reasonable price too.  more »
  • Boat ramp was excellent to put our boat in the water so we could dock at our room. Very nice and convenient  more »
  • E.G. Simmons is a great park to spend a day or a weekend. Four small fishing piers plus dozens of cut-ins to fish from shore, two hiking trails (about a mile each), dog friendly for leashed pets, kayak rentals, and a nice little beach. Throw in the 100+ camping sites and this place is great for all ages and outdoor interests. My family saw stingrays, manatees, and horseshoe crabs while kayaking. And we watched fisherman pulling up all kinds of fish. Great Park!
  • It's nice out here. Even tho we can't get In the beach due to a flesh eating bacteria. The beach is pretty clean. There is a decent party next to the prevalent and lots of room if you wanted to have a slippery slide for the children
