  • We picked site #79A. This was a site along the beach. We loved this site. The beach was steps away. We had a great view of the bridge. The bath house must have recently been renovated. It was beautiful! They had a kitchen sink for washing dishes, nicely done shower rooms, and clean modern toilets. The beach here is nice. In mid July and Lake Huron was still very cold. Thank you Straits SP! You’ve exceeded all expectations. Only negative was the trucks Jake braking.
  • We loved this park and it was in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Staff nice. Mostly big rig friendly. We were in site 225 and although the length is great the 90 degree angle plus the trees on both sides AND trailers/rvs on all sides made it difficult to get in without hitting trees. The other loops were not big rig friendly but so over all the sites are spacious.
