  • One of Salem's Jewels... the hand hewn and painted horses bring back a more simple time, without screens and video games... take some time and stop by, bring the little ones... put away your phone...  more »
  • Amazing carousel for only $1.50. Great park as well when the crazy church people aren’t there not social distancing.  more »
  • We had lots of fun on this lovely restored carousel by the river in Salem. We bought a punch card good for 20 rides which was a good value. The punches we didn't use are waiting for the next grand kids to come visit. The part is pretty and the walk along the river was nice. The parking lot to the south of the carousel was very small so we had trouble finding a spot. There's a larger lot farther away, though if you don't mind the walk. Cute little gift shop and nice restrooms in the building. The children's playground is a pretty far walk away. Wish it was closer for the little ones.
  • Great experience that my family has been to for over 15 years now. It's located by a nice, large park. The horses are beautiful. The carousel has nice upkeep. Very fun and enjoyable for all ages. Cute giftshop. Excited to see the dragon addition.
