  A large park to take a short breather. You can picnic but there are no tables and should have more benches.  more »

  Salem Common is a nice green space in Salem. During Halloween this is a hub of activity with the carnival and concerts and Witch Circle. Great place for a picnic or playing catch. Close to the Hawthorne Hotel and Essex St.

  Well kept up, busy park. Spent the afternoon sitti g in the shade, the park provided bottles of water, watched a wedding. And I love that the park has water fountains for dogs!
