  • This was a very nice section of Salem, worth visiting and walking around. I enjoyed it very much. Don't miss it on your next trip to Salem.  more »
  • What a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Although the camping is pretty open and without a lot of privacy, the grounds were amazing. The views of the bay, light house, and sunrise were amazing. The.....  more »

  • I purchased an RV site here for the weekend for my brother who has a 40' toyhauler. He and his family with 3 young children loved it. We were right across from a playground, there were no views necessarily from there but walking or riding the golf cart around and we found amazing views. They really enjoyed the proximity to Salem Willows and the Maritime Festival.
  • Be prepared that this is not full hookup nor is there an on-site dump station. If you stay more than a couple of days (we stayed a week), it's not convenient. The bath house has decent showers, but only 2 for entire campground. We had wonderful view of harbor!! But you are on concrete with ugly building on the lot. It is very busy and loud with function hall and boat ramp. But Salem has a commuter train you can ride in to Boston. And you are close to the beautiful towns of Manchester, Gloucester, and Rockport. We'd stay here again, but only a night or two.
