  • fun to people watch, walk, run, or just sit to watch the ducks. There are always people around, different tracks for your needs.

  • We were surprised at how large this park was. Lots of green space, shade from beautiful old trees, and views of the mountains. Our kids loved the playground and the aviary located within the park.....  more

  • A beautiful park with a pond right in Salt Lake City! I've visited this park off and on during the last few years and it's definitely a memorable one. During the spring and summer, it's a lot warmer and there are quite a few things to do. Including riding a pedal boat on the water or getting a snack. It's also just nice to visit the grassy area and get some sun. You can also walk around the park on the walkway. They usually plant a lot of flowers too, which are nice to see. You could definitely spend a day here, or at least half a day when the weather's nice. The only downside is that we've been bothered a few times by some homeless folks, but usually if you keep your distance and visit during the day then you're totally fine.
  • It’s a big park. The Tracy Aviary is located on the west side. Along with the pool & tennis courts. The volleyball courts are on the west side of the park. Sometimes they’re crowded, other times, empty. There does tend to be some police driving around, especially towards the close. A safe park overall with lots of places to take photographs. The middle of the park used to have rides. On Sunday afternoons there are some pretty intense drum circles. Overall, a nice destination in Salt Lake that the whole family can enjoy.
