  • Best old westerner themed Museum and Saloon all in one place! Plenty of stuffed animals to satisfy your appetite. Even the customer service rep selling us tickets had the older Western Cowboy look similar to Clint Eastwood when he played the spaghetti Western movies. A must stop while you are in San Antonio. You wouldn't know it's in the heart of the city until you realize the city was build around the Buckhorn Saloon!
  • Definitely a must-see if you are in San Antonio! It is a Saloon & Museum. It features a museum of an enormous amount of mounted animals! They guy who gives you the tickets for the museum is dressed as Wild Bill Hickock himself. Every different type of deer, moose, elk, etc. that you could think of! Fun for kids who are interested in animals. The bar is big with animal heads mounted above it. The food is pretty good, and the front porch has a TON of deer antlers. They have chandeliers made out of antlers. Pretty cool place.
