This rental includes a 42 inch plasma HDTV with DVD Player, CD Player with whole house speaker system which accepts IPod input. There is High Speed WiFI throughout.

A two car garage (each unit gets one spot when rented seperately) contains a full size washer and dryer. Both units come with a fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking for the whole family.



Outdoor living space is ample and ideal for BBQs on the supplied gas grills. There is seating for the whole family as well as an outdoor shower and firepit. Both units have full access to the supplied beach cruiser bikes to get around the area. Beach chairs, surf boards and paddle boards are available to renters complimentary.

This great property is located in the heart of mission bay, located only FEET from the PACIFIC OCEAN and the famous mission beach, and all its amenities. Nearby Pacific Beach is only a short walk or beach cruiser ride away and the oceanfront boardwalk is the ideal route to get there.

Not only is this house located feet from the Pacific Ocean and Mission Beach, you have Mission Bay right on your doorstep too. Mission Bay is just one part that makes up the Bay Park area, which is the largest man-made aquatic park in the country, consisting of 4,235 acres, approximately 46% land and 54% water.



The park offers a wide range of recreational activities and free opportunities to the public, including paths for walking, jogging and biking, basketball courts and areas to play volleyball, playgrounds for children and large recreational areas where you can grill, picnic, fly a kite or just relax.



Mission Bay boasts 27 miles of shoreline, 19 of which are sandy beaches with eight locations designated as official swimming areas; Swimmers and sunbathers take advantage of the warm water, calm surf conditions and the sands of Mission Bay’s beaches which in designated areas are guarded by lifeguard stations

Mission Bay offers boat docks and launching facilities, sailboat and motor rentals, Wakeboarding, jet skiing, sailing, and standup paddle boarding are all popular on the bay



Attractions close by include Sea World,(2.2 miles- 5 mins drive) the Mission Bay Aquatic Center(1.1 miles- 12 mins walk) with classes in all kinds of water sports, and Belmont Park, which features the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and other rides, (0.3miles- 5 mins walk). Downtown san Diego (8.3 mi, 14 mins drive) Beautiful Balboa park (9.2 mi, 15 mins)
