Hosted by a nonprofit organization, Ferry Plaza Farmers Market offers diverse, local products in front of the Ferry Building. Head to this market to purchase high-quality ingredients for your dinner. When your bags become too heavy to carry, drop everything off at the Veggie Valet, a free service that holds your purchases until you're finished. If you have more questions, look for the attraction's info booth in front of the building, where you can also buy merchandise like aprons and canvas shopping bags. Ferry Plaza Farmers Market Reviews
Was not planning to do this and I happened to read it while in San Francisco. Definitely worth the time to go on a Saturday morning. Just go there hungry. more »
more »No old-fashioned because it includes a new shop building itself is a bit old but very nice taste to it. To buy souvenirs and shops selling goods in many restaurants is just great. I bought a letter Francisco hollowed out at the grocery store. Here, bike rental shops and I here in the SF round was and could turn around please feel free to.
For once I go to a farmers market that actually has produce! Unlike all I have been to before ( no matter the city) this one is not mostly made up of candle makers, herbal soap companies and other non foods are, but actually full of local delicious fruits and veggies! The food stations there are pretty amazing as well, but it's a great place to fill up on super yummy veggies and fresh ripe fruit too. I got a killer egg sando for breakfast while overlooking the bay - what more could you ask for
Seemed to be full of peeps from the financial district grabbing lunch. Good selection of real healthy looking vegetables from quaint stalls. Has a branch of blue bottle coffee, don't queue at the front, its quicker to order at the side of their store. Worth a visit.
