  • I had the Bliss Massage with private Matcha bath. A unique pampering experience in Japan Town. Absolute heaven. Beautiful facility and lovely atmosphere. Felt like I was back in Japan.  more »
  • This is a side of San Francisco most never experience. Communal baths in Japantown are part of life here. It is easy to see why, after an hour of this soothing meditation. The facility is clean...  more »

  • Every city needs a kabuki! Simple spa with simple rules. Everyone is always cool and keeps to themselves and I leave feeling amazing and relaxed. I’ve only done the sauna/spa, never had a treatment. Staff are very nice too.
  • Do not come here if you are with a group of people or want to be able to speak. They have a “whisper only” policy, and any whispering at all seems to get you nasty looks from what looks like the “regulars”. There aren’t many different kinds of baths like other spas. The staff seemed to be storing soap/shampoo refills at one of the sit washing stations. It kind of takes away from the ambiance. They “cleaned up” my sandals before I was finished. The sauna was a nice temperature. This is an okay spa if you want some solo quiet time at a reasonable (for SF) price, but honestly there are better spas in the city that offer more to do.
