  • St. Dominic's is worth a visit if you enjoy Gothic revival architecture, but it's choir is just as beautiful. The magnificent and traditional singing creates an inspiring experience at the 11:30 AM...

  • St. Dominic Church in lower Pacific Heights is one of the two most beautiful churches in the city by the bay. The other one is St. Ignatius in University of San Francisco. It is Gothic with flying...

  • One of the many hidden gems in terms of churches in the city. This beautiful church transports you to a timeless essence and helps elevate the mind towards God for sure. Despite it not being my parish, I make time every so often to visit to pray or go to Mass. The Masses here are incredibly well done and reverent. There's opportunities to pray morning and evening prayers with the friars. The opportunities for Confession before Mass is most wonderful as well. I also primarily go here to visit the Shrine of St. Jude, who happens to be my patron Saint. I always enjoy the time to make a small pilgrimage here and light a candle. Just a wonderful parish and beautiful church for sure. God bless the Dominicans who are here. I'd definitely recommend this church to anyone who would want to visit for prayer or even just marveling in the architecture.
  • Had visited the church for Mass on Christmas Eve. This is a beautiful Church to visit, If you are Catholic or not you will be mesmerized with the beautiful architecture of the church, the stained glass windows and the serenity you will feel immediately when you walk inside. I googled a few churches in the area to visit and I am so glad I chose this one to visit. It's an easy stop, so whether it's just a few minutes you have to spare or a whole hour or more if you like, but you will be pleased you stopped by also there is free parking on the side and back on church property.
