  • Great place to see a game. The arena has an electric atmosphere for Sharks games and it's really a fun night of hockey action. The team does a great job of making it fun for the whole family. Lots....  more »
  • Went to game and the experience for hockey is like being at a game in Canada. Great sight lines and a lot of food choices. My biggest complaint hence the four rating is no designated driver program...  more »
  • I went to a concert here. The arena is nice and there is plenty if the room were the food/beer court is at. However, I wish they would have saved some of that room for the arena sitting area. The seats to close to each other. If you want to go to get a snack or use the bathroom it is a tight squeeze trying to get out from your seats. Everyone has to stand up so that you can get out of the row. I must have gotten up at least 15 or more different times, and one of those times a person accidentally stepped on my toes and another spilled a little of their drink on me. Another thing, they need more fans on the upper levels because heat rises and everyone who was sitting in the upper levels their faces we're dripping with sweat including me. I was hot and uncomfortable. If you want to really enjoy yourself pay the extra money for the lower level seats or the floor seats. I had floor seats last concert, and I was comfortable and had a great time. I'm not sure how comfortable it is during the actual game. My post is from my experiences at the concerts at the SAP Center.
  • We went to see Jlo in concert. I have some serious back issues so I had to move very carefully. There was an older couple in the row where we thought we were supposed to be seated. The man kept pushing us with his body trying to knock us over onto the row below. It was scary. After we got to our seats my daughter realized the usher sent us to the wrong place. I said I was going to stay put unless the people assigned to those seats showed up so as not to deal with the crazy man down the row. Of course the people with the tickets for those seats did show up and I saw him do the same thing to them. Then it was our turn to go back past him and this time my daughter grabbed his arm and said do not push us and his wife got all up in our face. These people must have been about 68 or 70 years old. Definitely drunk or wasted on something. My daughter went down to complain. One of the girls who were pushed went down to complain and when nothing was still done I went down and complained. An usher was standing there when my daughter complained and she said she saw the man do that to someone trying to get past him. They should have been removed from the concert. They could have caused somebody a major injury. I placed a call to the business offices for the arena and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Their security is not doing its job by allowing someone like that to possibly hurt concert goers. Really ruined the night for us.
