  • On our way home from a wedding, we decided to stop at one winery for a tasting. After zeroing in on a few, we decided on this gem, Edna Valley Vineyards. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man.....  more »
  • Beautiful facility and lovely wines. Not terrifically expensive, but some were unique and the atmosphere was worth visiting twice. Kersten made all the difference in our visit. Talking to her, and....  more »

  • This place is a complete experience. When you arrive you are struck by he sweeping vista of vineyards through the valley. The tasting room is set up with massive windows to showcase the view. You can sit outside too. We had a tasting for one as one of us was driving, and really enjoyed the 5 wines. Ended up buying our favorite and enjoying it later. Definitely worth checking out.
  • I called in advance because I wanted to bring a group of 9 people that included 2 wheelchair users. I had been there before, a couple years ago and remembered that the wine was good but the views were amazing. Unfortunately, they’ve done a “remodel” and when we arrived they stuffed us on a back patio which could have been anyone’s nice backyard. They wouldn’t let us stay inside, basically because they’ve separated the interior into half club access (empty) and the other side regular (tables “reserved” but also empty). It was not good at all. It was expensive - both more than I was quoted over the phone and you have to spend $50 per person to waive the tasting fee. Then, because we were on the back patio, service was slow and ultimately we had to pay the bus company for another hour. Totally not worth it. Not sure what the MBA intern was thinking when they made all these changes. It’s obviously to make them more money but the bad taste of the experience will certainly overwhelm the flavor of the wine in my memory. The wine is fine. Nothing spectacular. You can get it at Safeway.
