Fantastic tasting beers and the service could not be better. Middleton Brewery is a wonderful surprise! The customers are friends and family as soon as they walk through the door. The staff does not have to treat everyone so nice when they are serving beer that is so good, but, it is easy to see they actually enjoy receiving their new friends and neighbors. Wonderful Staff, management, entertainment, customers, and special events. I know there are other breweries in the Texas Hill Country, but, I found "mine". I was so lucky to be invited to Middleton Brewery for the May "Culinary Zymurgy" event! Delicious food prepared by Chef Sanderson and the perfect beer pairings - I don't know how they do that - but, it was SO Good! I'm still thinking about it, 2 weeks later! Another one is coming up in June... Amazing atmosphere and great beer. I make sure to visit Middleton every time I’m in Texas Hill Country. Definitely stop by and see for yourself. Dogs are welcome!
