  • Loved this former stagecoach stop. Food was tasty; waiter was excellent; scenery was incredible. Well worth the trip.

  • The setting and ambiance are unique and worth the drive. It is neat to have this historical spot preserved. The food is good but sometimes falls short on execution. Cocktails are average. For the price, the waiters could be more knowledgeable about the menu and specials. The front room of the main building has a nice fireplace. Make reservations as it is often fully booked.
  • Really great place to grab lunch on a weekend afternoon. I believe reservations are required for dinner but none are needed for lunch; just be prepared to wait a bit if you want to be seated inside (although there is a bar where you can grab drinks as you wait). You can also order sandwiches to go and just stand around and eat. The food is pretty good, but you really come here for the atmosphere more than anything.
