Anchor stores include Macy's (first opened as May Company, later became Robinsons-May in 1993 until Macy's in 2006), JCPenney, Forever 21, Regal Cinemas, H&M, and Gold's Gym with one vacant anchor last occupied by Sears, which closed on March 18, 2018.
In 2019, Westfield Valencia Town Center proposed a new “The Patios Connection” project at the former Sears site, which would include a luxury cinema, gym, Costco, and gas station. The proposed Costco would include a 275-space, rooftop parking lot. In April 2021, the project was canceled.

This mall has many parking lots, both indoor and outdoor. Very clean and offers water fountain, really nice seating area( inside and outside), playgrounds, interesting shops and vending machines. It is also very pet friendly, offering water for dogs. It was a nice way to spend time during a rainy day.

Simply put a beautiful and well designed mall. They have two floors inside with almost every possible shop or eatery you could think of like Victoria's Secret, H&M, Torrid, and they also have a huge food court with lots of seating. Additionally, they have an outside area off the second floor with lots of specialty shops and restaurants like Lazy Dog, Cheesecake Factory, and California Fish Grill. This is definitely a top class mall for both shopping and walking around. They have a beautiful pond as well with lots of trees near the Lululemon. We love coming here.
