  • There really aren't a lot of trails, nor are they long. But it is a nice area. The visitor center was closed when we were there.  more »

  • Go early or later to hike the loop in summer, very helpful visitor's center. Excellent classroom setting.
  • Neat architecture, friendly staff, and a great place for birds. It was nice to see that there was children's programming going on. We need to expose young people to beautiful places in nature like this!
