A tribute to traditional Japanese hot spring resorts, Ten Thousand Waves offers spas, pools, and body treatments in a garden setting. Relax in one of the facility's hot tubs, ranging from public shared ones to specialty tubs complete with waterfalls. Later, refresh yourself in the cold plunge pool. Give some relief to aching muscles with one of the available professional massages, including deep-tissue, Thai, and hot stone. Ask, too, about facials and skin treatments. The restaurant is modeled after a Japanese eatery and features traditional grilled specialties. If you're looking for a long-term stay, accommodations and private spa rooms are available, but book early. • This is one of the most beautiful places in Santa Fe - a real pleasure. Unfortunately, they do not screen their masseurs and sometimes you can get a really bad massage. The restaurant is terrific.

  • Came with my girlfriend for a private soak. The property is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. The private soak areas have a large hot tub (probably large enough to comfortably fit 6 to 8 people), a private sauna, private bathroom with shower, a cold dip tub, and filtered water tap. The area had the perfect amount of dappled shade, and a view of part of the mountainside. 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time to fully relax and get to enjoy everything. We arrived about an hour early and we were able to use the foot bath and meditation room before our soak. The gift shop has a lot of unique Japanese and health/beauty items. It's definitely worth a walk through. I plan to return for another deeply relaxing day.
  • Was a overall beautiful experience. All the staff were kind and my masseuse was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful scenery and a very relaxing environment. A little pricey but I say it’s worth it!
