Beach Yoga SoCal, Santa Monica

I had a yoga session with Vanessa on the beach during my vacation in LA. It was just a highlight. Her charisma and the whole environment triggered something in me that made me want to do yoga much more again and actually think about a teacher training. Thank you thank you thank you ! :)

Yoga with Vee is my favorite Sunday LA activity. I’ve been practicing yoga with Beach Yoga SoCal for over a year now and am grateful to do it safely during Covid. So much space on the beach! You can take it at your own pace so it is as easy or difficult as you want it to be. The sand adds a worthwhile challenge. I love end the class with downward dog facing the ocean down by the water. :)
