  • Although when we went there it was already after 4pm and the houses were closed, we had a very peaceful and nice walk. It is a peace of history. Luther Burbank worked with new types of plants, some eatable and others just flowers, but beautiful. There is no specific parking lot and no restrooms. Worth a visit though!
  • I live a short drive away from the Luther Burbank Home & Gardens. When I am in a reflective mood, I like to stop by and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful garden. His well maintained home and greenhouse on the grounds give us an opportunity to glimpse the past in all its splendor. I stopped by yesterday, the last day of 2021. The garden is quiet this time of year. The vibrant blooms of flowers will be more prevalent in the coming months, but it is still an awe inspiring experience. The man that could make a flower left future generations a Historic Landmark for all of us to enjoy.
