  • FREE! A lovely spot to kayak/canoe from and picnic on. A lovely yet simple park that sits on Saratoga Lake. Parking above and then walk down to enjoy a day on the water.

  • I very much enjoyed my trip here to Saratoga spa state park. The park is located 20 minutes from Clifton Park via I-87N. What is most interesting is that the park used to be an industrial park in early 1900s with over 200 wells used by bottling companies to pump carbonated water. Hats off to the concerned citizens who lobbied for the State to take over and save this unique natural carbonated water springs. Today, the water flow from the springs is back to what it used to be and is a delight for hikers, yogis and nature enthusiasts…
  • This is a nice park with beautiful lake view. You will enjoy the view and you will find picnic tables around to rest or have a quick picnic. I didn't see grills there so I don't think this is an option if you are considering that. There is a small lake beach where I saw kids enjoying water with adult supervision, nice entry for kayak and paddles. Overall good experience for family.
