Excellent personal informative tour.. Guide/ owner was friendly and knowledgeable. So much information. Home was beautiful and interior was amazing. Articles inside, furniture and antiques were true period pieces. Great history lesson. Thank you for sharing with us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour by the owner 😀. The family has been there for generations and all their furnishings are still there. Some of them were from the 1700's. Doesn't seem to be as popular as the other plantations for some reason but we enjoyed it much more than the much ballyhooed Oak Alley that we went to yesterday.
