Teri is amazing! My journey with her started in the summer with yoga fun on the beach. Once she expanded her offerings, I was eager for more of her positive energy! During the past few months, I have been receiving guided meditation and breathwork, coaching and Reiki. Teri and I have met in person and on the phone and the experience is always transformative.
